I hired New Level Movers to move from Vancouver to Nanaimo. I cant say enough good things about them. Jay was courteous, responsible, personable and professional. His name is Jay and he and his amazing crew (Brad and Steve) did a stellar job! They worked hard, but didn’t refrain from conveying an attitude that they were enjoying their work. Outstanding service four times now.

They helped us move half our house to a storage unit for showings and then came back later after the sale for moving the yard and deck to the new place, plus dropping off some borrowed heavy yard things back to their owners.

Easy to work with and book. Simple and accurate billing. Most importantly, does what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it.

As a bonus, they have trusted people they know for overload work. I needed a dump run at the same time as a yard move and that takes coordination.

They moved the rough stuff and nicely packed the few delicate pieces with pads and strapping. The back of the truck looked like a Tetris wall.

I highly recommend them.

We could not recommend these guys highly enough. They were professional, did excellent work and went over and above of what was needed. They take pride in their work – that is a rare quality today. Too bad they could not handle the international part of our move – would have used their services in a heartbeat. They do not overcharge at all! Please use them. They deserve it.

All of our items were treated with the utmost care, we have some very expensive antique pieces and they were very carefully wrapped and transported to our new location, not a scratch or a dent on anything – nothing was broken. I needed to have my 3 person hot tub moved recently, out of a tricky back yard with steep stairs to an even trickier back yard with limited access through a side gate. I had never heard of Jay’s company, I discovered them online and after I reached out I had an immediate response. Jay made 3 stops at both homes to assess how best to get the hot tub from point A to B prior to committing to the job. He was ultra aware of the safety of his team in moving such a heavy object, but also ultra aware of the care of my hot tub. He spoke with my new landlord in trying to figure out the best access at my new place and the last time we met before the move Jay stated that he had a plan, was open to be creative and flexible in the moment and that he would do his best to keep it around the 2 hr time frame. Jay and his team delivered! I observed them working together, talking it through, sharing ideas, and how they wrapped and secured the hot tub before moving it out of my previous backyard. Once at my new home, I again observed how they worked together as a team, and with Jay’s oversight and guidance the hot tub was placed in its new space safely! This was accomplished within the 2 hour time base, which I so appreciated. Jay and his team were very professional, courteous and it was nice to hear the odd joke and laugh being shared between them. Jay came to our rescue! We had booked another moving company who did not finish the job and left us in the lurch because they underestimated the amount of time and labour required.

As we were under a closing/possession deadline and after many phone calls, we found Jay who listened to cry for help as we’re seniors and physically cannot do what we once were able to. He personally came out to see what was left to do, and although his crews were busy with other moves he made the commitment that he would help us get it done by our deadline. Five Stars for highest Quality, Efficiency, Organization, Respect and Excellent rates from New Level Movers. The crew arrive on time and had all the necessary equipment. They requested a tour of the things to move. They got right to work wrapping the furniture and insuring that glass shelves and glass door fronts were well protected. We discussed the difficulty in moving an oversized fridge through the family room, out the front door, down three concrete stairs and through the chain link gate. They used a few tricks to accomplish this feat. They used the same tricks to get the fridge into my house. I was quite impressed with their patience. I would have been cursing and swearing. They worked nonstop for two hours to load the truck and two more hours to move the truck load into my house. They had to negotiate narrow doorways and two flights of stairs. All the stuff was placed where I wanted it. Everything survived the move undamaged. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use New Level Movers again.

These guys are exceptional. They managed to meet all our needs, from starting at 7am to disposing of unwanted materials for us.
