Nothing but 5 star reviews. Booked a Big Steel Box unload for my mom. Jay was responsive, polite, respectful, communicative and prompt on arrival and quick to unload the box with his team-mate. Gentle with items and took direction well on where to place the items, while stacking meticulously and carefully.
