5 stars all the way! I wish there were more stars for these guys because they really do deserve at least a 10 out of 5. This is the second time my family has used this company this year, and again, they have surpassed all expectations in service, price and professionalism. This was a tricky situation, my daughter was out of the country and we needed a company that we could trust to go in and handle the move without us present. The only company we could imagine for this job was obviously Jay and New Level Movers. We trusted them implicitly to take care of her belongings, deal with the situation without supervision and with their usual fast, efficient care and exceptional service. Being out of the country for a move could have been an extremely stressful experience but was nothing of the sort. We are forever grateful for their help, their more than fair prices and just being all around helpful, decent human beings. These are the guys to hire, you will not be disappointed. They can easily handle any issue that may pop up and we are so grateful they were available, as word seems to have gotten out that this is the company to hire. Get them if you can, it’s more than worth it to have professionals you can trust in stressful situations like these. Leave it to them to handle your move with care and deal with details.
