If you get nervous hiring for a service like this — Will they overcharge? Will they be careless and break something? Will they just be kinda rude and annoying to deal with? — you don’t have to worry about these guys.
Jay and Brad were both very friendly and professional, did a great job, worked quickly, and came in under budget. We had a few questions before the move, and Jay answered them all.
I’m honestly not sure how other moving companies are staying in business when they have to compete with Jay. New Level could double their prices and still come in under the other estimates we were given, and they’d be worth it for the excellent job they did.
I’d hire them again without hesitation, and I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone. I literally do not have a single negative thing to say about our experience with them!
